Shipping & Returns
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Typically, our free shipping option should arrive to you in 1-3 business days, depending on the time you place your order and the city you live in.
We currently do not ship outside of the US. Wish we shipped to you? Let us know at email@example.com.
We want your new sleepwear to be everything you dream it to be! If you are not satisfied, or simply want to exchange for another item, here is what you have to do:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Make sure to include your order # in the subject line (ie: "Return Order #1015" or "Exchange Order #1015"), and your full name and reason for return in the body of the email.
3. If your order qualifies for a return (see below policy), we will send you a return label.
4. Print your return label and send your order back to us in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not be worn, washed, or altered, and must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all tags attached and be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without meeting the above requirements as returns will not be processed.
Free shipping is provided on all acceptable returns within 10 days of receiving your order upon completion of an two minute anonymous survey.
If you do not wish to complete the survey, or if you send your order within 11-30 days of receiving your order, the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Expedited shipping charges cannot be refunded.
